ENDODONTİK TEDAVİ GÖRMÜŞ BİR GRUP HASTADAKİ ENDODONTİK TEDAVİLERİN KALİTESİ VE PERİAPİKAL DURUMUN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, endodontik tedavi görmüş bir grup hastadaki dişlerin periapikal durumu ve yapılan endodontik tedavilerin kalitesini değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmada 16 ve daha üzeri yaşlardaki 248 hastanın (147 kadın, 101 erkek) dijital panoramik radyografları değerlendirildi. Endodontik tedavi görmüş dişler koronal bölgedeki restorasyonlarına göre sınıflandırıldı. Dişlerin periapikal durumu Orstavik ve arkadaşları tarafından önerilen Periapikal İndeks (PAI) Skorlama Sistemi, kök kanal tedavisinin kalitesi ise de Moor ve arkadaşları tarafından önerilen skorla- ma sistemine göre değerlendirildi.
