Abstract

A r madde kayb na u-ram endodontik tedavili di lerde, restorasyona tutuculuk sa-lamak amac yla post-kor sistemlerinden biri kullan lmaktad r. Bu makalede geni bir literatür taramas yap larak, postkor uygulamalar nda kar la lan ba ar s zl k tiplerinden söz edilmi tir. Ba ar da rol oynayan en önemli etken do-ru endikasyonun konulmas ve uygulamada ana prensiplerin takip edilmesidir. Henüz uzun takip sonuçlar olmamas na ra-men, ba ar s zl - n tipi, telafi edilebilirli-i ve s kl - bak m ndan en uygun olan post tipinin fiber destekli postlar oldu-u görülmektedir
