Abstract

Ýmplantolojide yapýlan biyomekanik çalýþmalarsonucunda, implant materyal ve dizaynlarýnda önemligeliþmeler saðlanmýþtýr. Dolayýsýyla, diþ hekimliðindeimplant uygulamalarý ve endikasyon çeþitliliði artmýþtýr. Pek çok vakada hatalý implantasyon veyaanatomik yapýlarýn sebep olduðu istenmeyen açýlanmalar nedeniyle implantlar istenilen doðrultuda yerleþtirilememektedir. Bu olumsuzluklarý gidermekamacýyla üretici firmalar tarafýndan açýlý baþlýktasarýmlarý kullanýma sunulmuþtur. Açýlý baþlýktasarýmlarý implantolojide bilimsel deðerlendirmegerekliliði olan biyomekanik deðiþkenlerden biridir
