KOMPOZİT RESTORASYONLARDA SON GELİŞMELER

Abstract

Restorasyonlarýn klinik performansýný arttýrabilmek için adeziv materyalleri ve kompozitler geliþtirilmiþtir. Günümüzde restoratif diþ hekimliðinde,restorasyonlarýn klinik baþarýsýný arttýrmak içinmateryaller, adeziv sistemler, ýþýk kaynaklarý ve kavitepreparasyonu ile ilgili çeþitli geliþmeler olmaktadýr.Rezin bazlý restoratif materyallerin doldurucu teknolojisinde ve doldurucu daðýlýmýnda modifikasyonlaryapýlmýþtýr. Bu derlemede, rezin bazlý materyaller,adeziv teknolojisi ve uygulanmasýndaki yeni geliþmeler ve onlarýn klinik önemi tartýþýlmýþtýr
