DİSTRAKSİYON OSTEOGENEZİNİN BİYOLOJİK TEMELİ

Abstract

Distraksiyon osteogenezisi kemik dokumühendisliðinde baþlýca dayanak haline gelmiþ verekonstrüktif kraniomaksillofasiyal prosedürler içintedavi þeklini anlamlý bir þekilde geliþtirmiþtir Sonzamanlardaki çalýþmalara kemik sentezi vedönüþümünün regülasyonunda rol alan sitokinler dahiledilmiþtir. Distraksiyon osteogenezisinin biomolekülermekanizmasýnýn anlaþýlmasý, distraksiyon osteogenezisi ve hýzlandýrýlmýþ kemik iyileþmesinde tedavistratejilerinin geliþmesi açýsýndan yol gösterecektir. Bumakale hipotezler ve distraksiyon osteogenezisininmoleküler mekanizmalarý hakkýnda hali hazýrdakiçalýþmalarý içermektedir
