ASEMPTOMATIK BIREYLERDE TEMPOROMANDIBULER EKLEM HAREKETLERİNİN AKSİYOGRAFİK KAYITLARLA DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Bu çal& man&n amac&, temporomandibuler ekleminde herhangi bir ikayeti olmayan S&n&f I, S&n&f II ve S&n&f III di sel kapan& l&, bireylerde eklem hareketlerinin aksiyografik kay&tlar ile de9erlendirilmesidir. Çal& man&n materyalini di sel S&n&f I oklüzyonlu 15 birey (7 k&z , 8 erkek), S&n&f II /1 oklüzyonlu 15 birey (8 k&z, 7 erkek) ve S&n&f III oklüzyonlu 15 bireyden (8 k&z, 7 erkek) al&nan aksiografik kay&tlar olu turmaktad&r. Ara t&rma kapsam&ndaki 23 k&z&nkronolojik ya ortalamas& 17,3±2,3 ve 22 erke9in kronolojik ya ortalamas& 18,1±3,3 y&ld&r. Ara t&rma kapsam&na al&nacak bireylerin sürekli di lerin a9&zda olmas&na, ortodontik tedavi görmemi olmalar&na, TME’ den kliking ve krepitasyon seslerinin al&nmamas&na, kondiler bölge ve çi9neme kaslar&nda hassasiyet bulunmamas&na, TME’ de fonksiyonel sorunlar&n (hipermobilite, hareket k&s&tl&l&9& ve deviasyon) bulunmamas&na dikkat edilmi tir. Bireylerin sa9 ve sol kondil yolu hareketlerini (açma-kapama, protrüzyon) kaydetmek amac&yla SAM III Aksiyograf cihaz& kullan&lm& t&r. Cinsiyet farkl&l&9&n& belirlemek için gruplar aras&nda Student’s t testi uygulanm& t&r. Aksiyografik kay&tlar&n de9erlendirilmesinde, her bireyden sa9 ve sol eklem için al&nan kay&tlar&nortalamas& al&narak tek bir de9er üzerinden varyans ve LSD analizi yap&lm& t&r. Çal& mam&zda, S&n&f III di sel kapan& l& bireylerin, S&n&f I ve S&n&f II di sel ili kiye sahip bireylere göre protrüzyon uzunlu9uve açma-kapama uzunlu9uistatistiksel olarak önemli düzeyde daha az ortalama de9erlere sahip oldu9u bulunmu tur. ölçümlerinde
