SÜT VE DAİMİ DİŞLERDE SÜRME PROBLEMLERİ: 4 OLGU SUNUMU

Year 2018, Volume: 28 Issue: 2, 233 - 238, 22.04.2018
https://doi.org/10.17567/ataunidfd.419012

Abstract

çocuğun gömülü 65 no’lu dişin erken çekiminin yapılması ve nedenleri
belirtilmektedir.

no’lu diş sürdürüldü ancak 11 no’lu dişe bağlı kist varlığı tespit edildi. Kist
alınarak daimi dişin sürmesi sağlandı. Son olguda kompaund odontoma ve persiste
süt dişi çıkartıldı. 9. ay kontrolünde 11 no’lu dişin sürememesi sonucu
insizyon ile sürmesi sağlandı.

Diş hekimlerinin süt ve daimi dişlerin sürme ve düşme zamanındaki problemleri erken
teşhisi etmesi, çocuğun diş tedavilerinin prognozunda önemli rol oynamaktadır.

ERUPTION PROBLEMS IN THE PRIMARY AND PERMANENT TEETH: 4
CASE REPORT

ABSTRACT

The aim of this case
report is to describe four different cases caused by the changes in the
eruption and exfoliation dates of the primary teeth and the treatment methods.

The first case describes
Riga-Fede syndrome diagnoses and treatment of a 2-month-baby admitted to the
Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Pediatric Dentistry with
complaint of tongue injuries. The second case is about early extraction of
impacted tooth 65 with the causes, which is mentioned in 6-year-old boy with a
complaint of delayed eruption. The third case describes treatment of
supernumerary teeth and dentigerous cyst in 10-year-old girl admitted to our
clinic with the comp- laint of non-exfoliation. In the last case, the treatment
of odontoma and persisted primary teeth due to odontoma in 8-year-old girl.

In the first case
tooth extraction was performed. Follow-ups revealed that ulcers completely
healed in the tongue and the baby's nutritional problems disappeared. In the
second case, the impacted tooth was extracted, and its space was protected by
placeholders. In the third case both primary and supernumerer teeth were
extracted. Eruption of tooth 21 was achieved; but a cyst relative to the teeth
11 was detected. The cyst was extracted and then permanent tooth was provided
to erupt. In the last case compound odontoma and persistent primary teeth were
removed. Because of non eruption even in 9-month follow-up, tooth 11 was
allowed to eruption by incision.

Dentist plays an
important role in the prognosis of the child's dental treatment by early
detection of exfoliation timing problems in primary and permanent teeth.
