Abstract





Diş
hekimliğinde kullanılan restoratif materyallerin klinik başarısı hakkında
materyale uygulanan labora- tuvar testleri ile ön bilgilere ulaşılabilmektedir.
Pratik uygulamalarda kullanılan çok sayıda laboratuvar test- leri
bulunmaktadır. Materyallerin dayanıklılığının tespi- tinde kullanılan bükülme
dayanımı testleri de bu test- lerden biridir. Bu derlemede, dental seramiklerin
daya- nıklılıklarının değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan bükülme dayanımı testleri
anlatılmıştır.

TESTS THAT ARE USED IN EVALUATION OF DENTAL CERAMIC STRENGTH



ABSTRACT



Preliminary information about the clinical success of
dental restorative materials can be determined by different laboratory tests.
There are many laboratory tests, which are used in practices. The flexural
strength test, which is used for determining the strength of materials, is one
of these tests. In this review, the flexural strength tests, which are used in
evaluation of dental ceramics’ strength, were described.
