Abstract

Museum management studies and monument management studies constitute one of the levels of the transformation from basic category phenomenon of "masterpiece" to the status of "history and culture monument." This phenomenon applied for the first time for work of art surrounds the rare UNIKAL and original examples of the man creative work broadening the diapason of modern fixing in considerable degree every day
