Abstract
In this study, the transept Altar upright Nevsehir/urgup/Saber Master of the village Mosque will be presented. There has not been any research on this subject before. The mosque plan, material and decoration are examined in detail, and the importance of the mosque both in its own region as well as its place in the Anatolian Turkish Architecture have been studied. Abstract
Bu araştırmada Nevşehir/Ürgüp/Şahin Efendi Köyü Camisi’nin tanıtımı yapılmıştır. Bu
yapıyla alakalı bugüne kadar herhangi bir araştırma yapılmamıştır. Caminin planı, malzemesi ve
süslemesi detaylı bir şekilde incelenerek hem kendi bölgesindeki hem de Anadolu Türk
Mimari’sindeki yeri ve önemi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. XIX. yüzyıl da inşa edilen caminin,
mihraba dik sahınlı camilerin taşradaki bir uygulaması olması bakımından önemlidir.
