KONFOR KURAMI VE ANALİZİ

Abstract

ÖZET

Hemşirelik biliminin göstergesi olarak kabul edilen hemşirelik kuramlarının güncel ve en önemlilerinden biri “Konfor Kuramı”dır. Hemşirelik bakımının sonucu ya da işlevi olarak tanımlanan bu kuramın özünü, bireyi tüm boyutları ile rahatlatmak oluşturmaktadır. Öte yandan Konfor Kuramı üç düzey ve dört boyutlu taksonomik yapıya sahiptir. Kuramın düzeyleri ferahlama, rahatlama, üstünlük; boyutları ise konforu sağlamaya yönelik gereksinimlerin ortaya çıktığı fiziksel,sosyo-kültürel, psikospritüel ve çevresel ortamlardır. Konfor kuramının hemşirelik eğitimi, araştırmaları ve uygulamalarında kullanımına yönelik çalışmaların gerçekleştirilmesi, kuramın anlaşılabilirliğinin sağlanması ve analizi ile mümkündür. Bu noktadan yola çıkarak derleme tarihsel süreç içinde Konfor Kuramını açıklamak, kavramlarını tanımlamak ve aralarındaki ilişkiyi incelemek; sonuç olarak kuramın analizini yapmak amacı ile hazırlandı.

ABSTRACT

Comfort Theory and Analysis

One of the latest and most important of which is considered as an indicator of nursing science, nursing theory "Comfort Theory" is. Nursing care of the result or the essence of this theory is defined as a function of the individual constitutes relieve all sizes.On the other hand, it has three levels of comfort and four context taxonomic structure oftheory. Levels of theory are relief, ease, transcendence; context of theory are physical, socio-cultural, psychospriritual and environmental which are requirements for ensuring the emergence of comfort. Comfort nursing education theory, the realization of studies for use in research and application of theory to ensure the understanding and analysis of the possible.Starting from this point to explain the Comfort Theory compilation of the historical process, to define the concept and to examine the relationship between them; results have been prepared with the purpose to analyze the theory.
