DOĞUM ÖNCESİ EĞİTİM MODELLERİ EŞLİĞİNDE DOĞAL DOĞUM

Abstract

ÖZET

Gebelik öncesi ve gebelik süresince çiftlere verilen eğitim gebelik, doğum, doğum sonu dönem ve ebeveynliğe geçiş açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Yapılan eğitimler süresince, gebeliğin ve doğumun fizyolojik olarak doğal bir süreç olduğunun ve gerek duyulmadıkça tıbbi müdahaleden uzak durulması gerektiğinin vurgulanması bireyleri doğal doğuma yakınlaştırmaktadır. Ayrıca doğal doğum, anne ve bebeğe gereken desteğin verildiği, güvenliğinin ve önlemlerinin sağlandığı, saygının gözetildiği bir harekettir. Bundan dolayı doktor, hemşire, ebe ve diğer sağlık çalışanları gebenin, doğumunda aktif rol alması ve güzel bir doğum deneyimi yaşayabilmesi için çiftlere gebelik döneminden itibaren eğitimler vermelidir.

ABSTRACT

Natural Birth Associated with Prenatal Educations

Training is so important which is given before pregnancy and during pregnancy in terms of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period and transition to parenthood. During the training individuals closer to natural childbirth  as telling pregnancy and childbirth is a physiological natural processes and must be avoided  medical intervention if it is not required. In addition, natural birth is a situation that given the necessary support to the mother and baby, provided of safety and precautions and observance of respect. Therefore doctors, nurses, midwives and other health professionals must be actively involved in women's birth and give training to couples during pregnancy to have a good childbirth experience.
