SAĞLIK DAVRANIŞLARINI GELİŞTİRMEK VE DEĞİŞTİRMEK İÇİN TRANSTEORETİK MODELİN KULLANILMASI

Year 2007, Volume: 10 Issue: 2, 86 - 94, 19.02.2010

Abstract

Sağlık risklerini azaltmak ve
sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışları
kazandırmak sağlık profesyonellerinin en
temel işlevleri arasındadır. Bu nedenle
bireye en uygun davranış değişimi
yaklaşımlarını bulmak için çaba harcanmaktadır.
Transteoretik Model (Teoriler
Arası Model), son yıllarda davranış
değişimini kolaylaştıran bir çerçeve olarak
hemşirelik dahil farklı disiplinlerin
araştırma konusu olmuştur. Bu model
değişimin sonuçtan çok süreç olduğunu
benimser. Değişimi kolaylaştırmak için
bireyin içinde bulunduğu değişim aşamasına
en uygun girişimleri kullanır, değerlendirir
ve izler. Bu kapsamda model bireyin bilişsel,
davranışsal ve psiko-sosyal durumunu ölçen
hassas ölçüm araçlarını içermektedir.
Değişim aşamaları bireylerin niyet, tutum ve
davranış değişikliklerinin zamanını, değişim
süreci ise hangi deneyimleri kullanarak
problemli davranışları değiştirdiklerini
anlamaya yardım eder. Hemşirelik
uygulamaları ile örtüşen bu modelin yaşama
geçirilebilmesi için motivasyon görüşmeleri
dahil, etkili eğitim tekniklerinin uygulanması
ve modeli Türk toplum grupları üzerinde test
eden çalışmaların yapılması gerekmektedir.
