ÜST GASTROİNTESTİNAL SİSTEM ENDOSKOPİSİ İŞLEMİNDE DİNLETİLEN MÜZİĞİN HASTALARIN BAZI DEĞERLERİNE, MEMNUNİYETİNE VE İŞLEMİN BAŞARISINA ETKİSİ

Year 2007, Volume: 10 Issue: 3, 16 - 25, 19.02.2010

Abstract

Bu çalışma, endoskopi işleminde
dinletilen müziğin hastaların bazı
değerlerine, memnuniyetine ve işlemin
başarısına olan etkisini değerlendirmek
amacıyla yapılmıştır. Şubat 2005–Nisan
2005 tarihleri arasında Endoskopi Ünitesine
başvuran 100 deney, 100 kontrol olmak
üzere toplam 200 hasta örnekleme
alınmıştır. Veriler, sosyo–demografik
değişkenler ve işlemle ilgili sorulara yönelik
anket formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin
değerlendirilmesinde Ki–kare, iki ortalama
arasındaki farkın önemlilik testii
kullanılmıştır.
Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara
göre, işlem öncesi ve sırasında deney
grubundaki hastalara dinletilen müziğin
nabız, kan basıncı ve oksijen saturasyonuna
etki etmediği saptanmıştır (p > 0.05). Ancak,
deney grubundaki hastalarda; müziğin,
hasta memnuniyetini içeren tüm
parametrelere istatistiksel olarak oldukça
anlamlı bir etki ettiği saptanmıştır (p < 0.05)
