GEBELİK VE BAZI SOSYODEMOGRAFİK ÖZELLİKLERİN CİNSEL FONKSİYON ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı gebelik ve bazı sosyodemografik özelliklerin cinsel fonksiyon üzerine
etkisini değerlendirmektir. Bu araştırma kesitsel ve tanımlayıcı bir çalışma olarak planlanmıştır.
Denizli İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı sağlık ocakları içinden seçilen üç ayrı sosyo-ekonomik bölge
araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Riskli gebeliği olan kadınlar araştırma dışı bırakılmış, 334 gebe
basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile çalışmaya alınmıştır. Verilerin analizinde yüzdelik, ortalama,
ki-kare, t-testi ve one-way ANOVA testleri kullanılmıştır. Yaşları 16-42 arasında değişen 334 gebe
kadının yaş ortalaması 25.71±5.1’dir. Gebelerin %19.2’si ilk, %39.8’i ikinci ve %41.0’ının
üçüncü trimestirde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Son dört hafta içinde cinsel ilişkiye girme sıklığının
çoğunlukla haftada bir iki kez olduğu (%61.7) saptanmıştır. Sosyo-demografik ve diğer
özelliklerin kadın cinsel fonksiyonel durumuna etkisi incelendiğinde; gebe kadının yaşadığı sosyoekonomik
bölge, kadın yaşı, eş yaşı, eş eğitimi, gebelik trimestiri, eş desteği ve cinsel ilişki sıklığı
ile kadın cinsel fonksiyon alt skalaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur
(p < 0.05)
