ÖRGÜT İKLİMİ, DUYGUSAL BAĞLILIK VE YARATICILIK ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Giderek kompleks hale gelen ve değişen iş çevresinde her geçen
gün yaratıcılığın biraz daha farkına varılmakta ve önemi vurgulanmaktadır.
Yaratıcılık örgütsel etkinlik açısından önemli bir gerekliliktir. Bütün firmalar
için yeniliğin anahtar kaynağı çalışanların yaratıcılıklarıdır. Ancak yaratıcılık
kendiliğinden gerçekleşmez, yaratıcılık firma çalışanları için destekleyici bir iş
çevresinin düzenlenmesini gerektirir. Yaratıcılığı destekleyen bir iklim
yaratıcılığı etkileyebileceği gibi çalışanların bağlılıklarını arttırarak örgütsel
performansı da etkileyebilecektir. Bu makalenin amacı, duygusal bağlılık, örgüt
iklimi ve yaratıcılık arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Bazı araştırmacılara göre,
örgütsel bağlılık bazı farklı belirleyicilerden etkilenmektedir. Bu makalede,
örgüt ikliminin yaratıcılığı ve duygusal bağlılığı etkileyebileceği varsayılmakta,
duygusal bağlılık ve yaratıcılık arasındaki ilişkiler de incelenmektedir.
