LİDER-ÜYE ETKİLEŞİM TEORİSİ ÇERÇEVESİNDE, YÖNETİCİ-AST ETKİLEŞİMİ İLE ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK BOYUTLARI VE İŞ PERFORMANSI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ: AMPİRİK BİR İNCELEME

Abstract

Lider-Üye Etkileşim teorisine göre, liderlerin ya da yöneticilerin
kendilerine bağlı astlarla karşılıklı etkileşimleri sonucu farklı nitelikte ilişkiler
gelişmektedir ve bu ilişkilerin niteliği bireysel ve örgütsel sonuçları
etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada lider-üye etkileşim teorisi çerçevesinde yöneticiast
etkileşiminin niteliği ile örgüte bağlılık boyutları ve iş performansı
arasındaki ilişki bir askeri örgütte incelenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen
bulgular, lider-üye etkileşimi ile örgüte duygusal ve devamlılık bağlılığı
arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığını buna karşın lider-üye etkileşimi ile örgüte
normatif bağlılık ve iş performansı arasında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki
olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Lider-üye etkileşim teorisi ile ilgili en fazla
çalışmanın yapıldığı US’de elde edilen bulgularla karşılaştırıldığında örgütsel
bağlılıkla ilişkisi açısından etkileşim temelli liderlik sürecine yönelik farklı
bulgular elde edilmiştir.
