ORGANİZE SANAYİ BÖLGESİ İŞLETMELERİNDE DEĞİŞİM MÜHENDİSLİĞİ ÇALIŞMALARINA YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, organize sanayi bölgelerindeki
işletmelerin değişim mühendisliği çalışmalarını uygulayıp uygulamadığını,
uygulanan değişim mühendisliği projelerinin amaçlarını, projelerdeki kilit
oyuncular ve rollerini, projelerin uygulandığı alanları, projelerde kullanılan
bilgi teknolojilerini ve projelerin uygulanmasında karşılaşılan sorunları
belirlemektir. Bu amaçla yapılan anket çalışmasının analizinde değişim
mühendisliği çalışmalarında kullanılan en yaygın bilişim teknolojisinin
otomatik iş akışı sistemleri olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Değişim mühendisliği
projelerinde karşılaşılan en önemli problemlerin ise insan ve finansal
kaynakların yetersizliği ile bilişim teknolojisi ve uzmanı eksikliği olduğu
görülmüştür.
