Abstract
Özet: Kullanılmış ürün ve materyallerin geri kazanımı, toprağa gömme ve
yakma kapasitelerinin tükenmesinden dolayı, gittikçe artan bir ilgi görmektedir.
Lojistik bakış açısıyla, bu yeniden kullanım fırsatları kullanıcıdan üretim çevrelerine
doğru tersine ürün akışı oluşturmaktadır. Tersine lojistik kavramı, bu “tersine”
ürün akışının yönetimi ile ilgili faaliyetlerdir. Dünyada birçok firma, tersine
lojistiğin hem ekonomik hem de çevresel açıdan önemini fark etmiş ve bunu
işletme misyonlarına taşımıştır. Genel bir tersine lojistik ağı tüketicilerden kullanılmış
ürünlerin toplanması, depolanması, yeniden işlenmesi ve geri dağıtılması
faaliyetlerini içerir. Bu çalışmada tersine lojistik kavramı, kapsamı, önemi ve
bazı önemli yasal düzenlemeleri tanımlanmakta ve tersine lojistik ağı tasarımı
ele alınmaktadır.

Abstract: The recovery of used products and materials is receiving
growing attention as a result of depleted landfill and incineration capacities.
From a logistical point of view these reuse opportunities give rise to a goods
flow from the user back to the sphere of the producers. The concept of “reverse
logistics” is concerned with the management of this “reverse” goods flow. In the
world, many firms have begun to realize that reverse logistics is important and
often strategic part of their business mission. A generic reverse logistics network
includes collecting the cores from customers, stocking, reprocessing and
redistributing acrivities. In this paper are described that the concept of reverse
logistics, scope, importance and some important legal arrangements and studies
reverse logistics network design.
