İNOVASYON KÜLTÜRÜNÜN HİZMET İNOVASYONU PERFORMANSINA ETKİSİ: BİTLİS İLİ HİZMET SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

İnovasyon kavramı çok yaygın bir şekilde gerek
bilim çevreleri gerekse de politik çevreler tarafından ele alınmaktadır. Ülkelerin
ve işletmelerin rekabet üstünlüğü elde etmelerinde inovasyonun rolü oldukça
önemlidir.  Rekabet sürecinde ise
başarının anahtarı inovasyon kültürüne sahip olmaktan geçmektedir. İnovasyon kültürü, işletme (kurum) düzeyinde
yenilikleri destekleyen ve yenilikçiliğe yönelik algılanan uygulamaları
kapsayan temel bir değer olarak tanımlanır.
İnovasyon kültürü olmaksızın
işletmelerin veya ülkelerin bu süreçte fark yaratmasını beklemek fazla gerçekçi
görülmemektedir.  Konuyu hizmet
inovasyonu bağlamında ele alacak olursak durumun inovasyon kültürü ile yakından
ilişkili olduğu görülmektedir.



Bu araştırmanın temel amacı inovasyon
kültürünün hizmet inovasyonu performansına etkisini ölçmektir. Çalışmada ana
kütle olarak Bitlis ilinde faaliyet gösteren hizmet işletmeleri ve örneklem olarak
da çeşitli işletmelerdeki çalışanlar seçilmiştir. Araştırmaya veri toplamak
için bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre inovasyon
kültürünün hizmet inovasyonu performansı üzerinde etkisi olduğu sonucuna
ulaşılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra inovasyon kültürü alt boyutları ile hizmet
inovasyonu performansı arasında pozitif yönde istatistiki açıdan anlamlı
ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın literatüre katkı sağlamasının
yanı sıra hizmet işletmelerine inovasyon kültürü ve hizmet inovasyonu performansının
değerlendirilmesine olanak sağlaması beklenmektedir.
