İstismarcı Yönetimin Örgütsel Özdeşleşme Üzerine Etkisinin İncelenmesi: Sağlık Çalışanları Üzerine Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı istismarcı yönetimin örgütsel özdeşleşme üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmada değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler yapılan literatür araştırması sonucunda oluşturulan modele göre incelenmiştir. Araştırma verileri Erzincan’da Sağlık Bakanlığı’na bağlı eğitim araştırma hastanesinin ek binalarında faaliyet gösteren 200 sağlık çalışanına uygulanan anket sonucunda elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu veriler SPSS ve AMOS istatistik programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, istismarcı yönetim ile örgütsel özdeşleşme arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bulgulara göre istismarcı yönetim, çalışanların örgütsel özdeşleşmelerine olumsuz etki yapmakta, bu olumsuz etki neticesinde çalışanların işten ayrılma niyetlerinin artmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın istismarcı yönetim ve örgütsel özdeşleşme kavramlarının daha iyi anlaşılması açısından literatüre önemli katkı yapacağı düşünülmektedir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bilgiler ışığında yöneticilere ve gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalara önerilerde bulunulmuştur
