Abstract
İhtiyaçlar amaçları dogurur; amaçlara ulaşmak içinse dogru ve uygun
araçlar gerekir. Dil, insanın, etkin bir hayat sürdürmesinin en gerekli
araçlarından biridir. Bu sebeple, insan, ana dili de dahil, edindigi her dili
amaçlarına ulaşabilmekte kullanmak için edinir. Daha evrensel bir hayat
sürdürmek ve geniş kitlelerle ilişkilerimizi geliştirmek istiyorsak,
imkanlarımız elverdigi ölçüde, önce ufkumuzu en fazla genişletebilecek, ilgi
alanımızın gerektirdigi, bir ya da birkaç ‘ögrenme dili’ edinmeli ve bu dil
vy dillerle amaçlarımıza uygun iyi bir ögrenim görmeliyiz.
