Öz

ÖZET
Mülakat şeklinde yapılan araştırmalarda doğı:u ve maksimum
miktarda cevap almak için çeşitli metotlar geliştirilmiştir. Son yıllarda
üzerinde çalışılan en önemli metotlardan birisi "şansa bağlı ce-vap
Verme Tekniği'dir."
Bu çalışmada kalitatif veriler için kullanılabilecek, şansa bağlı cevap
verme tekniği ile ilgili yeni bir model üzerinde duruldu ve bu konuda
daha önce geliştirilmiş madeIede mukayesesi yapıldı. Bu modelin
diğer modellere üstün olan taraflan izah edildi.

SUMMARY

A survey researcher handicapped
by the difficulties of laek of co- operation
of respondents tdes to find practical
means of coHecting data based on truthful
answers, and achieving a higher
response rate. In recent years, some
works have been dorıe by the statisticians
to solve this problem. One of the important
methods developed in this field is
Randomized Response Technique'. In

models for qualitative data are
considered and a new model suggested
and compared with the t>Des developed
by the other researchers. The
