Frenk Üzümü (Ribes nigrum, Ribes rubrum L.) Çeliklerinde, Bünyesel Hormonlarla Köklenme Arasındaki İlişkiler Üzerinde Bir Araştırma
Abstract
SUMMARY
Relationship between endogenous
hormons and root formation of the
hardwood cuttings of the currant vaerieties.
Two red (Rlbes rubrum L.) and two
black (Rıbes nigrumL.) varieties of cur..
rant have been used for this experiment.
The hardwood 'euttings have been euted
at oetober 1976.
In order to find out the relationship
between enaogenous hormons and root
formation this experiment has been
eorıducted and the following results
were obtained.
ı. Vsually the black currant varieties
have been rooted better than red
varieties.
2. Close relationslıip has been found
between the root formation and
content endogenous hormons among
species and the varieties of the same
species.
3. As a rule, the basal cuttings have
been rooted better, than the apex of
the cane, vegardless of their varieties
4. The percentage and root number
per cuUing have ıbeen increased
depending on the .hormons eoncentration
that are given to the cuttings.
5. The endogenous hormons have
been obtained from the cuttings by een
trifage and diffusion metod. In order
to obtain the fractions of endogenous
hormoos the paper Chromatography
metod has been used. in this metod
Ispropanol~Aminia-Water(8:1: i) was
used as a solvent.
The fractions have been tested to
the Mung beans (Phaceolus aureus
roxb.). Inhibitors have been found iİl
the region of 0.4-0.9 Rf values and promoters
ın the region of 0.9-1.0 and
0.3-0.5 Rf values.
In older to get better results to explain
the relationship ıbetween endogenous
hormoos and root formation of the
currant varieties more detai1ed experiment
are reeded.
