Ayçiçeği’nde Sclerotinia sclerotiorum ve Sclerotinia minor’ın Kültürel, Biyolojik ve Kimyasal Mücadelesi

Abstract

Bitki hastalıkları, bitkilerde önemli kayıplara neden olurlar. Sclerotinia türlerinin, beyaz çürüklük, gövde çürüklüğü veya
tabla çürüklüğü olarak bilinen hastalığa neden olan bitki patojenleri oldukları bilinmektedir. Bu patojenler genel olarak ayçiçeği,
fasulye ve soya fasulyesi gibi bitkilere zarar verirler. Ayrıca, bu hastalıkla bulaşık olan ayçiçeği bitkisinin tablaları sağlıklı
bitkilerin tablalarından daha küçüktür, tohum ağırlıkları daha düşüktür ve patojen önemli verim kayıplarına neden olmaktadır.
Sclerotinia sclerotiorum ve S. minor etmenlerinin oluşturduğu hastalıkları kontrol etmek için kültürel, biyolojik ve kimyasal
mücadele yöntemlerinin uygulanması gerekmektedir. Bu yayında ayçiçeğinde önemli kayıplara neden olan S. sclerotiorum ve S.
minor’ın hastalık belirtilerinin tanımının yapılması ve bu etmenlere karşı etkili mücadele yöntemlerinin ortaya konması
hedeflenmiştir.
