Baharat Bitkilerinin Bitki Patojeni Funguslara Karşı Antifungal Etkisi

Year 2005, Volume: 36 Issue: 2, 131 - 135, 10.01.2011

Abstract

Son yıllarda, sentetik fungisitlerin çevre ve insan sağlığı üzerindeki olumsuz etkileri ve patojenlerin fungisitlere karşı oluşturduğu
dayanıklılık, sentetik fungisitlere alternatif olabilecek yöntemlerin kullanılmasını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bu yöntemlerden biri de organik
kökenli, çevre ve insan sağlığı açısından güvenli antifungal etkili baharat bitkilerinin kullanılmasıdır. Bu derlemede, baharat bitkilerinin bitki
patojeni funguslara karşı antifungal etkisinin araştırıldığı çalışmalar özetlenmiştir.
