Çanakkale İlindeki Bir Gökkuşağı Alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum) İşletmesinde Pseudomonas sp. Enfeksiyonu

Abstract

Çanakkale ilinde bulunan bir işletmede; ortalama 91.659 ± 4.1203 g canlı ağırlığındaki gökkuşağı alabalıklarında ortaya çıkan ve
ölümlere neden olan enfeksiyon araştırıldı. İncelenen balıklarda klinik olarak; vücut renginde koyulaşma ve deride peteşiyal hemoraji,
gözlerde katarakt, yüzgeçlerde, operkulumda ve solungaçlarda dejenerasyon, visseral yağ artışı, bağırsaklarda seröz sıvı, dalakta
büyüme, büyümüş karaciğerde soluk ve hiperemik bölgeler, safra kesesinde iltihap, böbrekte sulanma gözlendi. Hasta balıkların
hepatosomatik indeksi ortalama 1.8094 ± 0.1198, splenosomatik indeksi ise 0.2149 ± 0.0173 olarak hesaplandı. Yapılan bakteriyel
inceleme sonunda hastalığın Pseudomonas sp. enfeksiyonu olduğu belirlendi. Günlük olarak kg canlı ağırlığa 50 mg dozundaki
Enrofloksasinin oral yolla ve 7 gün süre ile uygulandığı tedavi, enfeksiyonun kontrolünde başarılı oldu.
