Abstract

It has been reported that inoculation of Iegumes with a commercial inoculant prepared from effective strains of species of Rhizobium particular for each leguminous plant, increased yield significantly. in order to investigate this under conditions of Erzurum Valley a research project was prepared. The seeds of alfalfa red kidney beans and senfoine were treated separately with a commercial inoculum and a natiye inoculum isolated from Erzurum. These two treatments were compared with each other and with control. After the harvests in 1969 there were no significant differences amoung treatments and control according to statistical analys;s made on dry weight basis.

ERZURUM'DA SULU ŞARTLAR ALTINDA TOHUMLARI ETKİLİ " RHİZOBİUM" TÜRLERİ İLE AŞILAMANIN, FASULYE, YONCA VE KORUNGA BİTKİLERİNİN VERİMİNE TESİRİ

Abstract

Baklagil bitkilerini kendilerinde nodül teşekkül ettiren etkili Rhizobium türlerinden hazırlanan ticari aşılarta aşılamanın mahsulü artırdığı ileri sürülmektedir. Bu araştırmada ticari aşı bizzat yerinde üretilerek hazırlanan aşı ve kontrololmak üzere üç-farklı işlem uygulanmıştır. Bu işlemler yonca korwıga ve fasulye bitkileri için ayrı ayrı bloklar halinde tekrarlanmıştır.
Birinci yılın sonundaki hasatlar sonunda yapılan istatistiki analizlere göre her bitki için uygulanan işlemler arasında fark bulunamamıştır.
