fosfor tayininde HCl-Sn metodu yerine kullanılabileceği neticesine
varılmıştır.
An lnvestigation On The Applications Of Two Different Colorimetric Methods For Phosphorus Determination
Using NaHCO3 And Bray-2 Extracts From Alkaline And Acid Soil.
Using acid and alkali soils, we
have tasted two different colonmetric
methods for determining inorganic' phosphorus
in NaHCO 3 and Bray- 2
extracts.
The soils Wihch were used in this
experiment were coIlected from Erzincan
and Bayburt valiey alsa Rize Region.
Rize soils were acid, Erzincan
and Bayburt soils were alkaline in
reaction.
The Olsen's 0.5 M NaHCO3 at
pH 8.5 eqtraction meth~ct'were applied
to six Rize and six Bayburt soils while
ten surface soils each regions were
extracted according to the Bray- 2
(O. IN HCl + 0.03N NH4F)
Molybdophosphoric blue method
in hydrochloric acid system Jackson
(1958) and H ıS0 4- Ascorbic acid method
John (1970) have been used ın
all soil extracts.
it has been found that the both
colonmetric methods gave positif correlation
with the extractants at the level
of 1 %'
However there was no differences
between the values obtained by these
colorimetric methods but the H ıSO 4Ascorbic
acid procedure was simple
to operate and more reproducible.
