Kitabxana-İnformasiya Fəaliyyətində Tarixi Publisistik Materiallarin Təbligi Məsələləri

Öz

Müasir informasiyalaşmış dünyada tarixi publisistika çox geniş və dərin ictimai təsirə malikdir. Bu, tarixi biliklərin yayılması, cəmiyyətin maarifləndirilməsi, tənqidi düşüncənin inkişafı və mədəniyyətlərarası dialoqun təşviqi baxımından əhəmiyyətli rol oynayır. Rəqəmsal texnologiyalar və sosial media bu təsiri daha da gücləndirir və tarixi publisistikanın cəmiyyət üzərindəki təsirini artırır. Müasir sosial kommunikasiyalardan istifadə tarixi publisistikanın təsirliliyini artırmaq üçün çox effektiv bir vasitədir. Sosial media və digər rəqəmsal platformalar tarixi məzmunun geniş auditoriyaya çatdırılmasına, interaktivliyin artırılmasına və məlumatın sürətlə yayılmasına imkan verir. Bu metodlar tarixi publisistikanın cəmiyyətdə daha geniş və dərin təsirə malik olmasını təmin edir. Kitabxana-informasiya fəaliyyətinin müasir təcrübəsindən irəli gələn nəticələr göstərir ki, tarixi publisistik materiallar, xüsusilə də multimediya materiallarının dövriyyəsi klassik tarixi əsərlərdən bəzən min, bəzən isə on min dəfə artıqdır. Eləcə də oxucu kontingentinin tərkibi də geniş və müxtəlifdir. Tarixi publisistikanın tarixi faktları və hadisələri manipulyasiya etmək üçün istifadə olunma ehtimalları haqqında müxtəlif fikirlər mövcuddur və bu da, bəzi mütəxəssislərin narahatlığına səbəb olur. Lakin, etiraf edilməlidir ki, tarixi faktlarlı, hadisələri interpritasiya və manipulyasiya etmək cəhdləri bürün hallarda mövcuddur. Problems Related to the Promotion of Historical Journalism Materials in Library Information Activities

Abstract

In the modern information world, historical journalism has a very broad and profound social impact. It plays an important role in disseminating historical knowledge, educating society, developing critical thinking and promoting intercultural dialogue. Digital technologies and social media strengthen this impact, increasing the influence of historical journalism on society. The use of modern social communication is a very effective tool to increase the effectiveness of historical journalism. Social media and other digital platforms allow historical content to reach a wide audience, increasing interaction and the rapid dissemination of information. These methods enable historical journalism to have a wider and deeper impact on society. The results of modern experience of library-information activities show that the circulation of historical journalistic materials, especially multimedia materials, is sometimes a thousand, sometimes ten thousand times higher than that of classical historical works. Moreover, the composition of the readership is wide and diverse. There are different opinions that historical journalism can be used to manipulate historical facts and events, which worries some experts. However, it is necessary to recognize that in many cases there are attempts to interpret and manipulate events with historical facts. The reliability of primary sources, the number of scientific references does not prevent such attempts, and the level of credibility of primary sources raises questions in many cases. This approach helps to increase the positive impact of historical journalism in society and to prevent distortion of facts.
