Cup of Jamshid in Myth and Mysticism Relying on Hafiz's Ontology

The Cup of jamshid is one of the symbolic objects in the mystical culture and ancient myths of Iran that is ontologically encoded into the world of creation. This cup holds the power and the ability to represent the events and truths of the universe from eternity to show what is there, such as clear rituals to the conscious mysteries of this world. The breadth and depth of the Cup of jamshid is in such a way that despite its interpretations, it is still in a state of ambiguity. HafIz is known as one of the poets who has benefited most from the Jam-e Jam. He considers the benefit of this cup as a godly attitude to the universe. This attitude leads people out of illusions and into the cosmos of the unseen and the vision. Because the value of a person's life and credit depends on his or her vision and the attitude of the person that determines his or her behavior. Thus, human behavior will not be directed until the human angle is corrected. In this study, the symbolism of the Cup of jamshid is discussed first, then the origin of the Cup of jamshid is then explored in Persian literature and Islamic mysticism. Finally, while looking at the emergence of the Cup of jamshid in literary and mystical works, we will discuss its mysterious role in the Hafiz ontology system and its educational function in human life here and now.

«جام جهان‌بین» در اسطوره و عرفان با تکیه بر هستی‌شناسی حافظ

جام جهان‌بین یکی از اجسام نمادین در فرهنگ عرفانی و اسطوره‌های دیرین ایران‌ است که رمزی از نگاه هستی شناسانه به جهان خلقت است. این جام، قدرت و قابلیت بازنمایی وقایع و حقایق عالم هستی را از ازل تا ابد در خود نهفته دارد تا آنچه را كه موجود شده، مانند آیینهای شفاف به عرفای عالَم نشان دهد. گستره و ژرفای جام جهان‌بین به‌گونه‌ای است که با وجود تفسیرها و تأویل‌ها از آن، همچنان در هاله‌ای از ابهام و ایهام به سر می‌برد. حافظ به‌عنوان یکی از شعرایی که بیشترین بهره را از جام جم برده است شناخته می‌شود. وی شرط بهره‌مندی از این جام را نگرش خدامحور به عالم هستی می‌داند. این نگرش سبب می‌شود تا آدمی از توهمات و دنیای مجازی خارج گشته و به عالم غیب و رؤیت برسد. زیرا ارزش زندگی و اعتبار وجود آدمی به نوع نگاه و بینش اوست و بینش آدمي است که نوع رفتار او را تعیین می‌کند؛ ازاین‌رو تا زمانی که نگاه آدمی زاویه‌ای درست نداشته باشد، رفتار آدمی جهتی درست نمی‌یابد. در این پژوهش، ابتدا به بحث نمادشناسی جام جهان‌بین پرداخته‌شده است؛ سپس خاستگاه جام جهان‌بین در ادب فارسی و عرفان اسلامی کاویده شده است درنهایت ضمن نگاهی تبار پژوهانه به چگونگی پدید آمدن جام جهان‌بین در آثار ادبی و عرفانی، به بحث و بررسي نقش رازآلود آن در نظام هستی‌شناسی حافظ و کارکرد تربیتی آن در زندگی انسان پرداخته خواهد شد.
