Öz

Впервые дипломатические отношения между бывшими ближневосточными обществами стали наиболее интенсивными в эпоху Амарны (1390-1322 гг. До н.э.). В этом процессе Египет является центром дипломатической переписки с участием многих крупных и малых государств в Анатолии, Месопотамии, Сирии, Палестине и на Кипре (Алашия). Таблички с этим соответствием сегодня известны как Amarna Letters. Письма написаны на клинописи, изобретение шумеров. Что касается языка, то в основном используется акадский язык и его диалекты. С другой стороны, несколько табличек были написаны на хеттском языке. Архив, содержащий эту корреспонденцию, был обнаружен в столице страны Ахетатоне, которую Эхнатон создал для установления своей новой системы убеждений.

Diplomacy Period of the Ancient Near East: Amarna Age and Archive

Abstract

The Amarna age (1390-1322 BC.) is described as the first time that diplomatic relations between the ancient Near East societies were experienced in the most intense form. This process is dated between Egypt is the center of diplomatic correspondence with the participation of many states, large and small, in Anatolia, Mesopotamia, Syria-Palestine and Cyprus (Alašia). The tablets on which this correspondence was written are today known as the Amarna Letters. The letters were written in cuneiform, an invention of the Sumerians. As a language, Akkadian and its dialects were used more. On the other hand, a small number of tablets were written in Hittite and Hurrice. The archive containing these correspondence was unearthed from the city of Akhetaten, the capital Akhenaten had established to establish the new belief system.

Eski Yakındoğu’nun Diplomasi Dönemi: Amarna Çağı ve Arşivi

Öz

Amarna Çağı (MÖ 1390-1322) Eski Yakındoğu toplumları arasındaki diplomatik ilişkilerin ilk defa en yoğun biçimde yaşandığı dönem olarak nitelendirilmektedir. Bu süreçte Anadolu, Mezopotamya, Suriye-Filistin ve Kıbrıs (Alašia)’ta yer alan irili ufaklı pek çok devletin katılımıyla gerçekleşen diplomatik yazışmaların merkezi Mısır’dır. Bu yazışmaların yazılı olduğu tabletler bugün Amarna Mektupları olarak bilinmektedir. Mektuplar Sumerlilerin icadı olan Çivi Yazısı ile yazılmıştır. Dil olarak ise daha çok Akadca ve onun lehçeleri kullanılmıştır. Öte yandan az sayıda tablet de Hititçe ve Hurrice yazılmıştır. Bu yazışmaların yer aldığı arşiv Akhenaten’in yeni inanç sistemini tesis etmek için kurmuş olduğu başkenti Akhetaten kentinden gün yüzüne çıkarılmıştır.
