Abstract

Yazımız hastane yönetimi ve liderliği bağlamında hasta güvenliği kültürünü güçlendirmek amacıyla kilit stratejilere odaklanmaktadır. Yöneticilerin ve liderlerin, açık iletişim, eğitim ve sürekli iyileştirme gibi faktörleri benimseyerek hasta güvenliği kültürünü oluşturmak ve sürdürmek konusunda kritik bir rol oynadığı vurgulanmaktadır. Makale, bu stratejilerin sağlık hizmetlerinin kalitesini yükseltmede etkili bir araç olduğunu öne sürerek, liderlik ve yönetimin hasta güvenliği alanında önemli bir etki yaratabileceğine odaklanmaktadır
