ARTERİOVENÖZ FİSTÜL YARASI OLAN BİR OLGUDA YARA BAKIMI

Abstract

Diyaliz gerektiren kronik böbrek yetmezliği olan hastaların bazılarında arteriovenöz fistül (AV) açılması gerekebilmektedir. Bu hastaların AV fistülleri diyaliz sırasında kulanılmaktadır. Sık kullanıldığından bakım ve
tedavi iyi yapılmalıdır. AV fistülün ülser gelişmesi ve ülserlerin açık yara haline gelmesi hastalarda önemli bir morbidite ve mortalite nedeni olabilmektedir. Temel yara bakımı prensipleri bu yaraların iyileşmesinde vazgeçilmez bir unsurdur. Gelişmiş pansuman teknikleri ile birlikte Epidermal Growth Faktör (EGF) ile topikal tedavi yara iyileşmesini teşvik etmede olumlu etkileri vardır. Bu çalışmada Arteriovenöz fistül (AV) yarası bulunan bir hastada tedavide kullanılan Recombinant Epidermal Growth Faktör yapılan bir olgu sunulmuştur.
