Meme kanserinde aksiller tedavide güncel yaklaşım

Abstract

Meme kanseri tedavisinde aksiller cerrahi çok uzun zamandır lokal kontrolü sağlamak ve hastalığı doğru evrelemek için uygulanmaktadır. Günümüzde cerrahi tedaviye bağlı komplikasyonları azaltmak ve de-eskalasyonu sağlamak için yapılan çalışmalar meme kanserinde aksiller cerrahide de daha az invaziv yöntemler gelişmesini sağlamıştır. Yaptığımız çalışmada meme kanserinin aksiller tedavisinin geçmişini ve geleceğini irdeledik.

Current Approach in Axillary Treatment of Breast Cancer

Abstract

Axillary surgery in the treatment of breast cancer has long been used for local control and accurate staging of the disease. Today, efforts to reduce complications related to surgical treatment and to provide de-escalation have led to the development of less invasive methods in axillary surgery in breast cancer. In this study, we analyzed the past and future of axillary treatment of breast cancer.
