Abstract

Plazma hücreli vulvit veya Zoon vulviti, düzensiz şekilli ve genellikle keskin sınırlı parlak kırmızı mukoza lezyonu ile karakterize olan ve çok nadir görülen vulvanın benign inflamatuar kronik bir hastalığıdır. Histopatolojik incelemede yoğun plazma hücrelerinden oluşan kronik subepitelyal inflamasyon ile karakterizedir. Burada disparoni şikâyeti ile gelen bir plazma hücreli vulvit vakasını sunuyoruz. Histopatolojik incelemede tanı doğrulanarak orta potent topikal kortikosteroid tedavisi ile semptomlarda yüksek oranda iyileşme sağlanmıştır.
