Abstract

Ateşli silah yaralanmaları sonucunda meydana gelen genital yaralanmalar nadir görülür. Nadir görülen bu yaralanmalar sonucunda birçok ciddi komplikasyon ortaya çıkmaktadır. Hastalar organ kaybı veya organların fonksiyon kaybı gibi istenmeyen sonuçlarla karşılaşmaktadır. Bu yazımızda ateşli silaha bağlı genitoüriner sistemde yaralanma meydana gelen iki olgumuzu değerlendirdik. Olgularımızın birinde orşiektomi diğerinde ise kord onarımı yapıldı. Bu iki olguyu sunarak literatür eşliğinde tartışmayı amaçladık.
