Okuma kültürü edinme sürecinde “İlkokul Dönemi (6-10Yaş)”
Abstract
Okuma kültürü, bireyin düşünme, eleştirme ve üretme süreçlerini yapılandıran en temel değişkendir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmada, okuma kültürü edinme sürecini kuramsal olarak belirlemek ve bu süreçte ilkokul dönemini (6-10 yaş), çocukların yaş, gelişim özellikleri ve çocuk edebiyatı çerçevesinde ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilen çalışma, çocuğun yaş ve gelişim özellikleri ile çocuk edebiyatı paydasında yapılandırılmıştır. Bu bağlamda sonuç olarak, gelişmiş birçok ülkede olduğu gibi ülkemizde de okumayı geliştirmeye yönelik kurum ve kuruluşların niceliği ve niteliği arttıkça, bireysel ve toplumsal düzlemde okuma kültürünün de gelişeceği düşünülmektedir. En özlü belirlemeyle, okuma kültürü edindirme, devlet politikası ekseninde ele alınıp, uzmanlar, çocuklar ve aileler paydasında oluşturulacak uygulamalar çerçevesinde uzun bir süreçte yapılandırılması gereken bir sistemler bütünüdür

Abstract
Reading culture is the most basic variable that forms an individual’s thinking, criticizing and producing processes. In this respect, in this study it is aimed to determine the process of acquiring reading culture theoretically, and in this processes to present within the frames of age and development characteristics and children’s literature of children at the primary school periods (6-10 ages). The study is carried out by using survey model and it is structured on the ground of a child’s age and development characteristics and children’s literature. Within this respect, as a result, it is considered that when the quality and quantity of institutions and establishments for developing reading increase, reading culture will also increase on the individualistic and social ground in our country like in many developed countries. With the briefest definition, acquiring reading culture is the sum of systems that should be approached with state policies and structured in a long period within the practices based on the ground of specialists, children and families
