Abstract
Danışma psikologları psikolojik danışma, öğretim, eğitim, araşt-tırma, konsültasyon, program geliştirme, ölçme ye değerlendirme alanlarında etkinliklerde bulunurlar. Bunlara ek olarak, bir danışma psikoloğu, öğrencisine ya da meslekdaşma, uzmanlık alanı ile ilgili bazı becerilerin kazanılmasında yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu becerilerin her birimin süpervisyonu, süpervizyon veren uzmanı ve süpervizyon alan bireyi etik durumlar ve seçimlerle karşı karşıya getirmektedir (Sherry, 1986).
