Abstract
İnsan davranışında çok önemli bir yeri olan süreç öğrenmedir. Deneyim ve pratik sonucu davranıştaki göreceli ve kalıcı değişmeler olarak tanımlanan öğrenme, konuştuğumuz dili, tutum ve inançlarımızı, gelenek ve göreneklerimizi, amaçlarımızı, uyumlu ve uyumsuz kişilik özelliklerimizi ve algılarımızı etkilemektedir (Hulse, Egeth ve Deese, 1980).
