Abstract
Yüzyılımızda bilgi birikiminin gittikçe artması karşısında, bu bilgileri genç nesillere planlı bir şekilde aktarmanın yolu, özü itibariyle dinamik bir yapıya sahip olan eğitim programlarına başvurmaktır. Kimi' zaman bir, gereksinimden doğan çeşitli alanlar üzerine eğitim programı hazırlanır, ancak, program geliştirme, yapısında varolan süreklilik, operasyonellik, dinamiklik gibi Özellikler yoluyla, program hazırlamadan ayrılır.
