who knows himself knows his God” has a great effect on establishment and development psychologyof religion in our country. The aim of this study is to synthesize the human understanding oftheological discipline, Anatolian culture and psychology . This study also aims to help ourselvesgain a sort of self awareness. The main question of this study can be expressed as “what kind of anexistence human has” (what kind of a creature human is ?) As an expantion of this topic,following questions will be answered in this study:1.How does the Creator describe human in Quran?2.How does The Prophet Muhammed describe human?4.How does Anatolian culture describe human ?5.How does science of psychology describe human?The psychology is a science in which the psyche-nefs is investigated. For many years, transpersonaldimension and ultra-self nature of human have been neglected by psychology. For that reason, wecan say that the main mission of psychology of religion is to accomplish a more holistic understandingof human by takeing the transperonel dimension of human into consideration in the attempts todescribe a human nature)
