Thus, the religious education science plays an important rolein understanding such an important factor in a sound way and making use of it. ReligiousEducation system of Afghanistan is of religious based one. The main target of education is to raisea religious citizen. The religious education in Afganistan is executed in formal and informal ways.It is only the Faculties of Shariât that make religious education in higher education. Apart fromthe Faculties of Shariât, the religious education in other higher education institutions is carriedout under the name of Islamic Culture1 course.
