CONDEMNATION APPRAISAL OF FARM LANDS THE CASE OF AKYAR DAM

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the assessment processes performed by the KTK Value Appreciation Commission , Experts and ÖKTK Special Value Appreciation Commission institutions determining the condemnation values of the agricultural land and to develop proposals that would provide the performance of accurate decisions regarding the evaluation of the properties in the condemnation processes executed in Turkey. For this purpose, the value appreciation performed by different commissions at the Akyar Dam located within the borders of Ankara province is being investigated and the capitalization interest rates for the research area is calculated
