This study explored the niche marketing concept and its relationships with market segmentation levels. Besides, relational and databased marketing concepts connected with the niche marketing concept were also included to the study. In empiric research, the markedng profiles of the firms operating in the orthopedic support products market in Turkey and their appropriateness for the niche marketing principles were also idemitled. After the expectations of target group from the orthopedic support products were revealed, those results were compared to the estimations of the companies according to their ratio of uprightness.
