Fototerapinin Hücre Kinetiği Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Sağlıklı yenidoğanlardan doğumu izleyen ilk bir hafta içinde ve hiperbilirübinemik yenidoğanlardan fototerapi öncesi, sonrası ve iki gün sonrası alınan periferik kan, 10 mg/ml final konsantrasyonda BrdU içeren vasatlara ekilmiştir. Karanlıkta yürütülen kültür işlemi sonunda hazırlanan preparatlarda birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü mitozlar
sayılmıştır. Hücre kinetik indeksi (CKI) CKI = (M1 +2.M2+3.M3/100 formülü kullamlarak hesaplanmistir, Elde edilen sonuçlar fototerapinin CKI tzerinde ¢ok belirgin bir etkisinin olmadığını düşündürmüştür.

Effects of Phototherapy on Cell Kinetics

Abstract

Blood cultures were obtained from healthy newborns at first week of life, newborns with hyperbilirubinemia before and after the phototherapy for the analysis of cell kinetics with a repeat two days later. Cultures were carried on dark with a final concentration of BrdU 10 mg/ml. Slides were screened for the first, second and the third
mitotic division. Cell Kinetics Index (CKI) was evaluated with the formula of CKI — (M1+2M2+3.M3)/100. Findings were suggested no obvious effect has phototherapy on CKI
