Deksametazonun Sıçan Karaciğer Hücrelerine Etkisinin İnce Yapı Düzeyinde İncelenmesi

Abstract

Sıçan karaciğer hücreleri 24 saatlik bir açlık periyodundan ve bunun sonunda dekzametazon verilmesinden sonra ince yapı düzeyinde incelendi ve kontrol gurupları ile kararlaştırıldı. Aç bırakılan hayvanların karaciğer hücrelerinde agranüler retikulum keseeleri az sayıda ve glikojen tanecikleri çok seyrek görülürken, dekzametazon verilmesinden sonra agranüler retikulum keseleri ve glikojen granil-.lerinde belirgin artış gözlendi.

Fine Structural Observations of Rat Liver Cells Treated With Dexamethasone

Abstract

After 24 hour unfeded period, rat liver cells treated with dexamethasone and cells then observed for fine stuctural level and compared
with control groups. In liver cells of the unfeded animals, agranuler endoplasmic reticulums were afew and glycogen particules werescarce. After the dexametasome treatment, -cconsidérable increase. in agranuler reticulums and abundant glycogen particules- were observed.
