Gebelik Yaşı Tahmininde Ultrasonik Fetal Epifiz Bulguları

Abstract

32 - 42 gebelik haftaları arasındaki 218 normal gebede distal femoral ve proksimal tibial epifiz kemikleşme odakları ultrasonla prospektif şekilde değerlendirildi. Distal femoral epifiz 33 üncü haftada o 75, 37 nci haftada 6 190 oranında gözlendi. 3 mm'den büyük ölçülen distal femoral epifiz 38 inci gebelik haftasındaki fetusların “e 65,2' sinde bulunuyordu. 34 üncü gebelik haftasından önce gözlenmeyen proksimal tibial epifiz 38 inci haftadaki fetusların 9 87 sinde gözlendi. 3 mm den büyük ölçülen proksimal tibial epifiz 40 mcı haftada “e 35,7 oranında görüldü. Ultrasonic Fetal Epiphyseal Findings As Predictors Of Gestational Age

Abstract

A prospective ultrasonographic evaluation of the distal femoral and proximal tibial epiphyseal ossification centers in 218 normal pregnant women was performes İrom 32 to 42 weeks' gestation. The distal femoral epiphysis was observed in 75 Sb of fetuses at 33 weeks and in 100 96 at 37 weeks' gestation. The distal femoral epiphysis measuring >3 mm was associated with a gestational age at 38 weeks in 65,2 fe ot fetuses. The proximal tibial epiphysis, which was absent before 34 weeks gestation was observed in 37 74 of İetuses at 38 weeks, A proximal tibial epiphysis of >3 mm was associated with a gestational age at 40 weeks in 35,7 76 of fetuses. The ultrasonographic evalualion of lower limb epiphyseal ossification centers can be used as independeni markers for estimation of gestational age during the ihird trimestr in certain clinical circumstanc.
