Abstract

30 yasinda erkek hasta klinigimize halsizlik, istahsizlik, bulanti,
kusma, deri ve skleralarida ikter, idrar renginin koyulasmasi sikayetleri ile basvurdu. Fizik muayenesinde deri ve skleralar ikterik olup
orta derecede hepatomegalisi mevcuttu. Daboratuvar bulgulan viral
hepatit ile uyumlu olan hastanin markerleri ELISA yéntemi ile incelendi ve vak’anm pencere (window) déneminde A. viral hepatit B
vak’asi oldugu sonucuna varildi.

Abstract

A 30 year-old male patient was admitted to the hospital with complaints of malaise, nausea, womiting, icter in skin and scleras and colour change of his urine. On his physical examination the skin and scleras were icteric and there was a mild hepatomegaly. The laborotory findings were consistent with hepatitis. The investigation of
