Artiküler Kondrokalsinozis

Abstract

Bir olgu nedeniyle CPPD kristal depolanma hastalığının klinik, laboratuvar, radyolojik özellikleri gözden geçirilmiştir. Bu bulgulara göre hastalık idyopatik ve kronik tipe uymaktadır. Hastamız klasik olgulara göre daha genç yaştadır. Sinovia sıvısındaki en büyük kristal 200 um. boyunda bulunmuştur. Kaynaklarda bu büyüklükte krsital tanımına rastlanmamıştır.

Articular Chondrocalcinosis

Abstract

We reviewed clinical, laboratory and radiological features of crystal deposition disease because of a patient. It looks like idiopatıc and chronic form of the illness. The patient is more younger than the classical form. The biggest crystal in synovial fluid is 200 um. long. In the literature it is not met a crystal as big as this one,
